Announcement of a competition to determine a coach/Coach/team of trainers for training on the specifics of providing psychological assistance and counseling to victims of sexual violence during a conflict.

BO "Lifeline Ukraine" within the framework of a grant agreement with the Council for international scientific research and Exchange/IREX for the implementation of the project "providing crisis support and psychological assistance to the war-affected population" announces a competition to determine trainers / trainers for training on the specifics of providing psychological assistance and counseling to victims of sexual violence during conflict for the Lifeline Ukraine 7333 Hotline team of consultants. Individual entrepreneurs who have the necessary experience and the right to provide such services are invited to participate in the competition.

Briefly about the project: The main goal of the project is to provide crisis support and psychological assistance, especially for families who have become refugees or internally displaced persons, in particular children and their guardians, who must rebuild their lives and look for new educational opportunities. The project plan provides for training activities for the project team, in particular training on the specifics of providing psychological assistance and counseling to victims of sexual violence during a conflict We plan that the training program will include the study of psychological aspects and practical tools for providing assistance to victims of SNPC who contact the hotline for psychological support and crisis counseling services. The training is planned for 2 full days in early December 2022 Format: online. Number of participants/faces: up to 25 people. A team of consultants/consultants of the Lifeline Ukraine 7333 hotline, who have been providing crisis counseling services since 2019.

Basic requirements for bidders/tender center:

  • Submission of one application for the entire training.
  • Previous experience in conducting trainings/training courses on working with the SEC, with a psychological aspect in particular;
  • Proficiency in implementing a sensitive approach on gender equality and social inclusion.
  • Knowledge of methods of active training of an adult audience online. The offer must contain: 1. general information about the service provider, contact details; 2. the expected full cost of services for one day of training; 3. description of work experience (provide a list of organizations and contacts of persons with whom you have collaborated and which can provide recommendations); 4. Diploma of psychologist; 5. summary of the coach/ / Coach / team of coaches, indicating information about their experience conducting exercises on the subject of the contest; 6. draft training program (with a brief content of the training, a description of approaches to conducting training and presentation of the material); 7. copies of an extract from the unified state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and extracts from the Register of single tax payers.
