Hotline 7333 continues to provide round-the-clock consultations by phone and in text mode.

The most frequent requests are suicidal behavior and acute suicide, anxiety, loss and burnout, relationship problems, loneliness. During the reporting period of June 2023, 3,806 consultations were provided, 2,606 of them by phone, 1,200 in real-time chats.

17.9% of requests on the topic of suicidal behavior in the subscriber and their relatives from the total number of targeted quality requests, which is 2617 consultations.

In June, there were 2 psychologists on a shift instead of 3. We aim to have three psychologists on a shift to give quality attention to each call and reduce the workload for consultants, for this we need your support.
