24 February 2022: the start of the full-scale invasion
Since 24 February, our hotline 7333 has not stopped operating for a single day. During this time, we have provided more than 2,000 consultations to our clients.
We receive calls from all over Ukraine, hearing about cities under attack, relatives in occupation, difficult decisions to go abroad, panic attacks from sirens and aircraft sounds in the sky.
We are grateful to our partners Bifriends Worldwide, who offered their assistance in the early days. We are thankful to our colleagues from ERAN – the emotional support line in Israel, who consult on 7333 from Sunday to Thursday from 16:00 to 19:00. We appreciate the emotional support line in Lithuania 1809, whose consultants provide emotional support on 7333 on weekdays from 19:00 to 21:00 and from 12:00 to 15:00 on weekends. These partners and colleagues help us provide crisis consultations and emotional support for our clients, psychological assistance to military personnel, their relatives, and civilians affected by the war."

Thank you for supporting us and helping Ukrainians remain indomitable!
Friends, we also have a request for you.
Our Ukrainian language is beautiful, and we love it immensely. Lifeline Ukraine's regular consultants exclusively use Ukrainian. However, volunteers who help us may have limited knowledge of the Ukrainian language. Please understand this challenging situation. You or your loved ones may have been or will be assisted by those who speak Russian. But everyone who answers the call on our hotline 7333 is eager to help!
Remember, we are beside you, just a call away, 24 hours a day.
Glory to Ukraine!
