LifelineUkraine hotline performance results for September 2023

In September, our consultants provided 3081 consultations, of which by telephone 7333 - 2051 and in written form in real-time - 1030. Of these, 74 people were identified as veterans and 71 people as service members. Men reach out to our crisis line only 7% less frequently than women. It seems we are overcoming the stereotype that psychologists are approached only by women and girls. Despite intense round-the-clock work, we managed to handle only 57.8% of the flow of inquiries. This happens due to lack of funding and consequently, the limitation on the number of specialists consulting. This is why we reiterate: our patrons literally contribute to helping Ukrainians since through donations we can increase the number of consultants and accordingly provide a greater number of consultations.
