Traditionally, we report on the activities of the LifeLine Ukraine hotline for October. Our consultants and consultants continue their work 24/7, but we still do not have enough resources to ensure the provision of services by our specialists and specialists. So in October, only 50.8% of the total flow of potential consultations was processed. The priority remains counseling via phone number 7333 as the most effective in crisis counseling (compared to text) under the current conditions of limited resources. 50.8% is actually a large number, this is 3376 consultations provided, 2183 of which are via phone and 1193 in real-time chats. For greater coverage, we need to increase the number of hours consultants work, which requires more funding. Moreover, over time, the need for psychological support and prevention of the deployment of suicidal states will grow predictably.
