We have been writing quite actively about the war and the feelings of Ukrainians since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, and even from activity on social media, we can conclude that it is becoming only harder for Ukrainians over time.

Quite logical, right? On our website and in social networks, we actively write about PTSD, panic attacks and anxiety, myths associated with depression, ghosting and much more. But the constant painful topics at the moment remain anxiety and depression. Over the past month, our consultants have provided 3171 consultations, of which 2164 by phone and 1007 in real-time chats. We regretfully state that the largest share of these calls was occupied by questions about suicidal thoughts.

That is, not depression or anxiety as such, but the consequence of these conditions - thoughts of suicide. Unfortunately, the list of concerns about loneliness has been added, which is also partly explained by depression, as well as by objective circumstances - the loss of friends due to their departure from Ukraine or death. Against the background of this data, we remind you that on the main page of our website you will find a link to a author's course on recognising suicidal thoughts. Watch it, it will take less than an hour of your time.

We continue to be there in the most difficult moments.

We are here 24/7.
